Morris Behavior Analysis Lab
Applied Research
Some current applied projects include a progressive intervention model for improving sociability and functional analyses of appropriate and problem behavior. These projects are conducted at local clinics and early-education centers with whom we've partnered.
Translational Research
Some current translational projects include a descriptive and experimental analysis of conversation, applications of the evolutionary theory of behavior dynamics, and analysis of preference for feedback frequency and its relation to performance.
Basic Research
Some current basic projects include an evaluation of the effects of absolute versus relative rates of conditioned reinforcement on choice and an investigation of choice under varied random ratio schedules. These projects are conducted in a human operant arrangement.
